This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds related to our packing and moving services. Please read this policy carefully before booking our services.

Cancellation and Refund Timeline

  • More than 48 hours before moving date: Full refund of advance payment (100% refund).
  • 24-48 hours before moving date: 50% of advance payment will be refunded. 50% will be retained as cancellation charges.
  • Less than 24 hours before moving date: No refund will be provided. Full advance payment will be retained.
  • Same day cancellation: No refund. Additional charges may apply if our team has already been dispatched.

Service-Related Refunds

  • Service Not Provided: If we fail to provide the booked service due to our fault, full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Partial Service Completion: If service is partially completed due to unforeseen circumstances, refund will be calculated based on services not rendered.
  • Service Quality Issues: Refunds for service quality issues will be evaluated case-by-case and may result in partial refunds or service credits.
  • Weather-Related Delays: No refund for delays caused by adverse weather conditions. Service will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Customer No-Show: If customer is not available at the scheduled time and location, no refund will be provided.
  • Incorrect Information: If customer provides incorrect pickup/delivery addresses or inventory details leading to service complications.
  • Access Issues: If our team cannot access the premises due to customer-related issues (locked gates, no parking, etc.).
  • Prohibited Items: If customer attempts to move prohibited or undeclared items, leading to service termination.
  • Completed Services: Once the moving service is completed and goods are delivered, no refund will be provided.

Refund Process

  • Request Submission: Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our customer service portal.
  • Documentation Required: Provide booking reference number, payment receipt, and reason for refund request.
  • Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for booking.
  • Bank Processing: Bank processing time for refund credits may vary from 3-7 business days depending on your bank.

Damage and Loss Claims

  • Immediate Reporting: Any damage or loss must be reported immediately upon delivery and documented with photos.
  • Claim Timeline: Written claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery completion.
  • Assessment Process: Our team will assess the claim and determine compensation based on our liability policy.
  • Compensation Limits: Compensation is limited to the declared value of goods or actual repair cost, whichever is lower.

Force Majeure Situations

  • Natural Disasters: Services cancelled due to natural disasters will be rescheduled without penalty. No refund charges apply.
  • Government Restrictions: If services are cancelled due to government orders or restrictions, full refund will be provided.
  • Strikes and Bandhs: Services affected by strikes or bandhs will be rescheduled. Refund will be provided if rescheduling is not possible.

Dispute Resolution

  • Customer Service: First level of dispute resolution through our customer service team.
  • Management Review: Unresolved disputes will be escalated to management for review and final decision.
  • Legal Jurisdiction: Any legal disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
